Cory Jacobson is co-manager of the RBC Global Energy Fund, and manages the Industrials sector for the RBC Canadian Equity Fund and RBC Balanced Fund.
Previously, Cory held the roles of Research Associate and Senior Research Analyst on the firm's global resources team.
Cory began his career at RBC in 2003 as part of the RBC Wealth Management Generalist Program, a two-year rotational internship. This role included assignments with the U.S. and Canadian Equity and Fixed Income Advisory Groups, and with portfolio managers at RBC Asset Management.
Cory graduated from the University of Calgary in 2003 with a bachelor’s of commerce in finance, and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2006.
