As Head of Global Fixed Income & Currencies at RBC Asset Management, Dagmara oversees 15 investment professionals in Toronto and London, with more than $40 billion in assets under management. In her duties as a portfolio manager, Dagmara looks after foreign-exchange hedging and active currency-management programs for fixed-income and equity funds, and co-manages several of the firm's' bond portfolios. Dagmara is a member of the RBC Fixed Income & Currencies Committee; the RBC Investment Policy Committee, which determines the asset mix for RBC balanced products; and the RBC Investment Strategy Committee, which establishes global strategy for the firm.
Dagmara began her investment career in 1994. She holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario and a masters degree in economics from the University of Lodz in Poland. Dagmara earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1997.
