Cory Jacobson, Associate Portfolio Manager, Canadian and Global Equities

Cory Jacobson is co-manager of the RBC Global Energy Fund and part of the RBC Asset Management Resource Team.
Previously, Cory held the roles of Research Associate and Senior Research Analyst as part of his money management responsibilities for the Industrial Sector of the RBC Canadian Equity Fund as well as the RBC Balanced Fund.
Cory began his career at RBC in 2003 as part of the RBC Wealth Management Generalist Program where he spent two years on professional rotation within RBC Wealth Management. This role included assignments with the U.S. – Canadian Equity and Fixed Income Advisory Groups and one year with RBC Asset Management working with Portfolio Managers from the Canadian and U.S. Equity teams.
Cory graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in 2003 (Finance major) and earned his CFA designation in 2006.
