Dagmara is a member of the RBC AM Global Fixed Income and Currencies Team and is an investment specialist in the foreign exchange market. She oversees foreign exchange hedging and active currency management programs for the RBC AM fixed income and equity funds and co-manages several of the firm's bond portfolios. She is a member of the Investment Policy Committee, the key RBC AM forum for the discussion and implementation of North American investment policy. In addition, as a member of the RBC Investment Strategy Committee, she assists in establishing the global asset mix strategies across the entire investment platform. Dagmara joined RBC Asset Management in 1997. She holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario and an MA in Economics from the University of Lodz in Poland. She earned her Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1997.
