Frank is a member of the RBC AM Global Fixed Income & Currencies Committee. He is responsible for leading the Corporate Bond Group’s management of credit assets across various funds.
Frank's long-term success in the Corporate Bond market comes from a value-focused investment philosophy, which strives to invest in quality companies that are undervalued given current market sentiment. Using detailed company credit and industry analysis, Frank and his team identify investment opportunities offering highprobabilities of superior rates of return while simultaneously minimizing default prospects.
Prior to joining RBC Asset Management Inc., Frank was the Senior Portfolio Manager and Group Head for Royal Bank of Canada's proprietary High Yield Bond Portfolio. He began his career with Canada Life as a senior analyst, fixed income, and was also a portfolio manager with Manulife Financial's High Yield Group.
Frank graduated from McMaster University with an MBA, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
