Paul began his career at the Bank of England. His transition to the investment industry was made in 1987 when he joined Union Bank of Switzerland, where he was responsible for managing balanced, UK and global Portfolios. Paul later joined Cantrade Investment Management as a Portfolio Manager and Head of European Equities, managing Pan European and Asian Equities for Pension Funds and was a member of the Asset Mix Committee.
In 1998, Paul moved to Canada to join RBC Asset Management Inc. (RBC AM) as Senior Portfolio Manager of Global Investments and currently chairs the Global Consumer Sector Team.
Paul was born in Sussex, England and was educated at the City of London University where he obtained his Business Studies degree.
