Brenda Vince joined RBC in 1996 in the mutual funds business and became President of RBC AM in 2002.
As President of RBC Asset Management, Brenda has overall responsibility for the sales, marketing, service and product aspects of RBC Asset Management’s business in Canada, ensuring the integration with, and support for, our Branch Investment business at a critical time in its growth. She is also responsible for our Advisory Channel and Group RRSP sales teams. As of May 1, 2008 Brenda takes on overall responsibility for the RBC and PH&N discretionary private counselling teams and the combined retail mutual funds businesses in Canada.
Brenda is a Chartered Accountant, and spent the first nineteen years of her career at Price Waterhouse. She recently stepped down as Chair of the Board of Directors of IFIC (the industry association representing mutual fund managers and distributors in Canada). She is also a member of the Queens School of Business Advisory Council and is a long standing member of the Canadian Women’s Foundation Board of Directors.
