Board of Governors Reports
The Board of Governors acts as the independent review
committee of the RBC Funds and RBC Private Pools, which are
mutual funds managed by RBC Asset Management Inc. The Board
of Governors accepted this role effective December 1, 2006.
An independent review committee has regulatory obligations
governed by the Canadian Securities Administrators' National
Instrument 81-107, Independent Review Committee for Investment
Funds. One of the requirements is the publication of an annual
report to unitholders that describes the committee and its
activities for the year.
